Booking Fees:
It is customary in this industry to charge a booking fee. The fee will be applied to your service at checkout unless you cancel late or do not show for your appointment. It will then be forfeited. While most
places charge 50% of the service to book, our booking fee is a flat $20. Again, this will go toward your service at checkout.
Cancellation Policy:
It is necessary to charge for any missed appointment when 24 hours notice is not given. If appropriate notice is given, we can contact someone on the wait list and may be able to fill the spot. We understand that emergency situations come up but, no shows and late cancellations will forfeit all of their booking fee.

I also have extensive knowledge of acne causing ingredients that may be hiding in your products. Committing to the Face Reality Program requires dedication and compliance as we work together to identify and eliminate potential triggers for your acne.
